Raja Muhammad Sarwar Shaheed was born in Tehsil Gujar Khan’s Shingori village (on 27^th July 1910) in Rawalpindi district of Punjab Province, Pakistan. He was commissioned in Punjab Regiment during 1944 and was serving as captain in newly formed Pakistan Army after British partition of Indo Pak subcontinent.

Major Shabbir Sharif Shaheed was another gallant Pakistani Army Officer who embraced martyrdom and awarded with Nishan e Haider.

Major Raja Aziz Bhatti was born in Hong Kong on 10th September 1928. Before Pakistan came into being his family migrated into a village ladian situated inside Gujrat district Pakistan. There in 1950 he enrolled himself to join one of the prestigious services of Pakistan and was commissioned in the Punjab Regiment of Pakistan Army.

Major Muhammad Tufail Shaheed was born in Hoshiarpur in 1914. He was commissioned in Pakistan Army inside 16th Punjab regiment in 1943. During his professionally exceptional career he served in several instructional and command posts related to his very own Battalion. But the fate had decided to choose something best for him. During 1958 he was posted to East Pakistan Rifles (a border protection force in the then East Pakistan) as a Company Commander.

Major Muhammad Akram Shaheed was another courageous and braves Pakistani Officer who was awarded with Nishan e Haider (Pakistan Army’s highest Medal) during 1971 war with India in East Pakistan Theater.

Muhammad Mahfuz Shaheed was born in Rawalpindi District of Punjab Province on October 25, 1944 in a locality Pindi Malkian (currently now termed as Mahfoozabad). He joined Pakistan Army as Lance Naik in Infantry on October 25^th, 1962.

Havaldaar Laalak Jan Shaheed was another gem from Pakistani Army who was awarded with Nishan e Haider for bravery and courageous display of act during war. Born in Yasin village of District Ghizer in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Havaladar Lalak Jan Shaheed joined the Pakistan army and got promotion to the rank of Havaldaar.

Rashid Minhas Shaheed who was a Pilot Officer of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) was born on 17^th February 1951. He is regarded as the only PAF officer who received the highest Pakistani military award “Nishan e Haider” for his valor in 1971. He also served as a youngest and short service officer in the Pakistani Defense Forces Aerial Warfare Service.

Captain Karnal Sher Khan Shaheed was the youngest of his four siblings. Though when he was eight his mother died but he was brought up by his paternal aunts. He hailed from a very religious and pious family.
