Sawar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed was born in Gujar Khan (District of Punjab Province of Pakistan) in Dhok Pir Bakhsh village (now renamed after him to commemorate) on June 18th, 1949. On September 3rd, 1966 at a very young age He joined one of the best armed forces of the world e.g. Pakistan Army as a Driver. Though he was a driver but had extreme passion for being an active participant in battlefield.

Major Raja Aziz Bhatti was born in Hong Kong on 10th September 1928. Before Pakistan came into being his family migrated into a village ladian situated inside Gujrat district Pakistan. There in 1950 he enrolled himself to join one of the prestigious services of Pakistan and was commissioned in the Punjab Regiment of Pakistan Army.

Major Muhammad Tufail Shaheed was born in Hoshiarpur in 1914. He was commissioned in Pakistan Army inside 16th Punjab regiment in 1943. During his professionally exceptional career he served in several instructional and command posts related to his very own Battalion. But the fate had decided to choose something best for him. During 1958 he was posted to East Pakistan Rifles (a border protection force in the then East Pakistan) as a Company Commander.
